Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who will participate in the development of a digital strategy by providing new, profitable, and safe technological solutions for our central services digitalization unit.

What do we do?

You’ll find challenges and opportunities in vital day-to-day processes (like customer service, finance, legal, HR, documentation, etc.) that both new systems and some legacy systems have to offer.

Our team consists of 3 developers and 1 tester. The team is self-organised and works independently according to Agile methodology.

You are a great match if you have:

  • at least five years of experience in front-end and/or back-end development

  • front-end development is your main passion, especially with React/Redux and Typescript

  • knowledge of RTL is nice to have

  • knowledge of Spring Boot (3), PostgreSQL, Kafka

  • experience with back-end development in Java

  • knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) as a plus

  • knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Grafana, Kibana,

  • knowledge of Kong will be a plus

  • you are fluent in English.

Additional details

Location: We have offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Jõhvi and Warsaw. Home office opportunity across Estonia and Poland.

Visa/Relocation/Remote Work: We are not offering a relocation package or visa sponsorship for this role. Fully remote work from another country is not supported for this role.
