We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dedicated and diverse development team of 7 people who want to build the best solutions for a greener tomorrow.

We enable Enefit to provide affordable & sustainable energy solutions and provide our users with timely and quality standardized data and processes across all our markets. We build stable and reliable data tools which are purpose-built to handle massive amounts of data, track the quality and easily manipulate the data in different useful ways that allow our users to get exactly what they need, when they need it through various easy integrations.

Main technologies and tools we use: Java (8, 21), MongoDB, Spring Boot 3.x, Kubernetes, Docker, E2E tools, Microservices.

You are a great match for our team if you:

  • have good skills of core Java and other technologies & tools we use.

  • develop clean, elegant, and reusable code that is well-tested and easy to maintain and extend.

  • have good problem-solving skills which help the team to deal with both technical issues and find optimal solutions for the product.

  • work with stakeholders across the business to drive the direction of engineering and put the long-term interests of customers at the heart of key decisions.

  • have experience in working with both non-relational & relational databases.

  • are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and deployment procedures.

  • are fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience working with time series data and collecting terabytes worth of data would be a big plus.

Additional details

Location: We have offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Jõhvi and Warsaw. Partial home office opportunity across Estonia and Poland.

Visa/Relocation/Remote Work: We are not offering a relocation package or visa sponsorship for this role. Fully remote work from another country is not supported for this role.
